Debbie Ferrell began their work experience in 2015 as a Medical Social Worker Hospice at LightBridge Hospice. In 2021, they transitioned to Sonata Hospice, where they worked as a Community Liaison. In 2022, they joined Traditions Health as an Account Executive, and later that year, they moved on to The ALS Association as a Director of Care Services.
