Tarasa Slusser currently serves as the Training and Compliance Manager and Recruitment Specialist at Tradition Senior Living, LP since February 2022. Prior experience includes self-employment in skincare and beauty, along with various roles at Validus Senior Living, where promotions led to positions of Associate Executive Director and Director of Associate Development. Prior to this, Tarasa Slusser was the Business Office Manager at Senior Lifestyle and held a series of management roles at Brookdale, culminating in an Associate Executive Director position. Experience also includes management at Chapae and an executive management role at Cory Fairbanks Mazda/Acura. Tarasa Slusser holds certifications in CORE and Targeted Selection and possesses expertise in PeopleSoft, Kronos, and HRIS. Education includes a General High School diploma from Lake High School.
