Natalie Pietsch is an experienced executive within the senior living sector, currently serving as the Executive Director at Tradition Senior Living, LP since January 2014, after being promoted from Director of Resident Relations within two years. Natalie's career began in civil engineering consulting with MP Consulting Services, Inc., where responsibilities included improving Public Protection Classification ratings and preparing proposals. Prior experience includes supporting business development at Mohr Partners, Inc., and serving as a server and trainer at El Chico Melbourne. Natalie holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas, having studied there from 2004 to 2006, and attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 2001 to 2004.
