Vladislav Kostevich is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing and optimizing software solutions across various industries. Currently, at RITS, Vladislav plays a key role in feature development and performance optimization for the Tradeweb Direct trading service, utilizing technologies such as Java, Kafka, and Microservices. Previously, at EPAM Systems, Vladislav contributed to a backend real-time streaming websocket API for financial market participants, while at Intetics Inc., Vladislav was involved in developing a major recruiting website for the financial sector. Vladislav's technical expertise encompasses a wide range of technologies and tools, including Spring, AWS, and various database systems. Vladislav holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technologies from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
