Seb Monson has a variety of work experience in the finance and software industries. In 2013, they worked as an intern at Otkritie. In 2016, they served as a finance intern at JDA Software and as a Finance IP at Carey Group plc. From 2018 to the present, they have worked at Tradeweb, starting as an Associate in European Market Support and then progressing through various roles, including Associate in Equity Product Implementation, AVP in Equity Product Implementation, AVP in Equities Product Manager, VP in Equities Product Manager, and currently as VP in European Credit Product Manager.

Seb Monson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Bournemouth University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended The Royal Grammar School High Wycombe from 2007 to 2014, with a focus on Maths, History, and Economics. Seb also obtained the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from CFA UK in the year 2020.
