Neal Ruttledge has a strong background in the IT field, with experience in various roles over the years. Neal began their career as an IT Administrator/Manager at Robers & Chaplin Chartered Accountants, where they provided support to two offices and 100 staff members. During this time, they maintained Novell and Windows 2003 servers and handled backups and restores.
Neal then moved on to work at the Department of Justice, Equality & Law Reform as a Deskside 2nd Level Service Representative. In this position, they provided technical support for hardware/software issues and diagnosed/troubleshooted laptops, printers, desktops, and other devices. Neal also provided server and server application support for independent sites.
Afterwards, Neal joined IT Alliance Group as an IM Support Engineer. Here, they supported and developed the company's information management infrastructure, with a focus on server, deskside, and remote support. Their responsibilities included Active Directory administration, Windows Server administration, Hyper-V, Exchange Server administration, SQL Server administration, LAN/WAN technologies, Citrix XenApp, VPNs, Symantec End Point Security, and storage systems administration.
Neal then worked at NCB Stockbrokers as an IT System Administrator, responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT systems. Neal moved on to Dublin Airport Authority as an SCCM Administrator, where they maintained desktop images, deployed images to laptops and desktops using SCCM, and streamlined application installations.
In their most recent role, Neal served as the Head of Customer Support at Barracuda FX LTD. Here, they provided trading and risk management software solutions to leading global banks. Their responsibilities included overseeing customer support operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing profitability through the company's Order Management System.

Neal Ruttledge completed their Matriculation (Leaving Certification) at Stanger High School from 1998 to 2002. In 2003, they attended CTI Education Group (CTI) and pursued a degree in IT Engineering, focusing on Computer Literacy, A+ Preparation, Network+ Preparation, MS Windows Server, Wireless Network, and Security. Additionally, Neal obtained several certifications, including ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITILF) from EXIN in December 2013, TS: Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007, TS: Windows 7, Configuring, and PRO: Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician from Prometric.
