Blake Bickmore is an experienced real estate professional with a background in development, acquisitions, and finance. As Vice President of Development at Trademark Property Company and previously serving as Director of Development at Crescent Communities, LLC, Blake has demonstrated expertise in project management and real estate transactions. Earlier roles included positions at The Dilweg Companies, where focus was on acquisitions and finance, and a summer associate role at MetLife in real estate investment and finance. Blake holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate Private Equity and Development from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
