Salam Elashi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Volunteer Patient Transporter at St. John's Medical Center until 2013. In 2016, Salam served as a Financial Analyst Intern at Savage Consulting and CoreNetwork Fund. The following year, they joined Shama Express, LLC as a Financial Accountant. From 2018 to the present, Salam has been employed at Trademark Global, LLC, where they have held several positions including Supply Chain Analyst, Senior Planner, Planning Manager, and currently as the Director of Ecommerce Demand Planning.

Salam Elashi completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a specialization in Finance from The University of Toledo from 2013 to 2016.
