Matthias Kröner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matthias co-founded Tradelite Solutions in 2020, where they serve as the CFO. In 2021, they joined Elevandi as a Non Executive Board Member. In the same year, they became the SFF Ambassador at Singapore FinTech Festival. Prior to that, they were a Senior Advisor at receeve, starting in 2019. Matthias has also worked as a Fintech Entrepreneur and Incubator at Professional Development GmbH since 2005. From 2003 to 2019, Matthias held the position of CEO at Fidor Bank AG, and from 1993 to 2002, they served as CEO at DAB bank AG.

Matthias Kröner began their education in 1989 at Cornell University, where they attended the Center for Professional Development. During their time there, they studied Hotel Management and Administration, completing their studies in the same year. In 1989, they also enrolled at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a degree in Dipl.-Betriebswirt. Matthias continued their studies at Hochschule München until 1992, focusing on the field of BWL (Business Administration).
