CJ Absher is an experienced project manager currently with Trade31 since September 2022. Prior to this role, CJ Absher owned and operated CJ CONSTRUCTION, a residential remodel construction company, from November 2019 to November 2022. Previous positions include serving as Field Superintendent at TP Mechanical, overseeing projects exceeding $1,000,000 from October 2018 to February 2020, and Field Operations Manager at Blue Chip Plumbing. From June 2008 to March 2018, CJ Absher was also a Field Superintendent at TP Mechanical, managing plumbing and mechanical projects ranging from $500,000 to $3,000,000. CJ Absher participated actively in the apprenticeship program as a board member and instructor from 2012 to 2017. CJ Absher holds a Bachelor's degree in Plumbing-HVAC-Medical Gas-Refrigeration from the TP Mechanical Apprenticeship Program, completed in June 2012, and graduated from Lakota East High School in May 2003.
