Ochirsukh Magsarjalam serves as the Head of Digital Transformation Department and Head of Digital Banking at Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia since December 2021. Previously, Ochirsukh held roles at Khan Bank, including Senior Product Owner and Senior Project Officer from June 2018 to November 2021, where responsibilities included guiding product owners and implementing digital transformation initiatives. Earlier experience includes working as Project Manager and Product Owner at TDBMongolia, where Ochirsukh led successful automation projects and digitization efforts, as well as contributed significantly to the bank's digital strategy. With a background in digital banking and marketing management, Ochirsukh began a career in research with Paradigma LLC. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Finance and Economics and further studies at the International College of Queensland in Australia.
