Vlad Gorman is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in technical support, sales, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Customer Support Analyst at TradAir since August 2021, Vlad contributes to delivering comprehensive trading solutions to financial institutions in the FX, CFD, and Crypto markets. Prior to this, Vlad worked as a Field Service Technician at Hotelo Computerized System, providing technical support for building management systems, and as a Staff Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces, overseeing a team responsible for naval weapon and navigation systems. Vlad also gained early experience in technical sales at Office Depot, where responsibilities included advising customers on computer hardware.
