Brij Bhushan is an Indian business executive and entrepreneur. Brij is the current independent director at Tracxn. Brij has also served as the vice president of category at UrbanTouch.com, the case team leader at Bain & Company, and the vice president at Nexus Venture Partners.

Bhushan started their career as an engineer at Aricent in 2004. Brij then worked as a summer intern for Microsoft Corporation in 2006 before joining Bain & Company in 2007. Brij was promoted to case team leader in 2009 and led teams of consultants and client executives on various strategic projects across multiple industries. In 2011, they left Bain to join UrbanTouch.com as VP of Category. Brij remained in this role until 2013 when they joined Nexus Venture Partners as VP. Bhushan left Nexus in 2015 to become an independent director at Tracxn.

Brij Bhushan has a PGP from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in the field of Strategy and Finance. Brij also has a B.Tech from Maharshi Dayanand University in Computer science.
