Bailey Deshmukh is currently an LSCM Intern at Bridgestone Americas, having started in May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Food Service Worker at Pokeworks from September 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities involved providing customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring adherence to health guidelines. Bailey participated in a Student-Supply Chain Summer Workshop at the Global Supply Chain Institute at the University of Tennessee in June 2022, engaging with professionals from notable companies to discuss supply chain management topics. Earlier experience includes a role as a Pool Side Waiter at Ridglea Country Club in the summer of 2021, where service excellence and sales growth were achieved. Education is underway at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, following a high school diploma from All Saints' Episcopal School.
