The Implementation Team at Traction Rec is responsible for guiding nonprofit community centers through the deployment of our member management CRM, built on Salesforce. This includes project planning, configuring software to meet specific client needs, training end-users, and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform. The team's goal is to empower YMCAs, JCCs, and BGCAs to optimize their operations and maximize their community impact.
