Paul Janssens has a diverse work experience, starting with Cegelec where they worked as a Werfleider Automatisering from January 1997 to August 2003. Paul then joined ON Semiconductor as a Maintenance Engineer from September 2003 to September 2008. Currently, they work at Tractebel Engineering as a Principal Engineer since October 2008.

Paul Janssens attended HOGENT from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in electronics.
