Mike Reaves is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since February 2021, Mike has served as Engineering Manager at Trackmobile® LLC, while also holding the position of Project Manager-Engineering at Trackmobile since August 2020. Previously, Mike was the Chief Operations Officer at Industrial Controls Associates from July 2017 to October 2019 and held the role of Director of Aftermarket Engineering at Wheelabrator for nearly two decades, focusing on equipment modernization, new product development, quality assurance, and engineering services. Mike began their career as a Design Engineer in Body Systems at North American Bus Industries from January 1996 to November 1997. Academically, Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Columbus State University.
