Previous roles include Advisor at Otito and Company, Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, and Co-Founder/Managing Director at carbon12 creative, where Nitin led design transformations for various high-profile clients. With a foundational role at frog in India and extensive experience at Motorola Mobility, Nitin possesses a strong history in consumer experience and design, complemented by academic qualifications in Human Factors and Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and University of Mumbai, respectively.
