Prior experience includes managing Learning & Development during the merger of NxStage Medical with Fresenius Medical Care, and leading human resources initiatives at companies such as NetBrain Technologies and Philips. Bijan holds a Bachelor's degree in Management/Human Resource Management and Marketing from Northeastern University.
