Abhishek Pandey has a strong background in software development and leadership roles. Abhishek most recently worked at TraceLink as the Director of Services starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Specialist at NICE Ltd from 2019 to 2021, where they played multiple roles as a Techno-Management leader and was involved in the development of an AWS-based serverless framework. From 2011 to 2019, Abhishek worked at BMC Software, first as a Senior Product Developer and later as a Staff Product Developer. Abhishek was responsible for developing a next-gen platform for the BMC Remedy product line and played multiple roles as a Full Stack Developer and DevOps engineer. Before that, they worked at SunGard as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they led the development of a product in the assets management domain. Abhishek's earliest work experience was at Saba Software, where they served as a Senior Developer and Designer, responsible for supporting and developing products related to Talent Management. Overall, they have a strong technical background and experience in various leadership roles in the software industry.

Abhishek Pandey completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Computer Science from Software Engineering Jobs in the year 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune Infotech Park, Hinjawadi, Pune 411057. Abhishek successfully completed this program in 2005.
