Currently, Balaji serves as Co-Founder at Metaprolane and holds the positions of Co-Founder & Director at TraceFood, Co-Founder at UberforXapp, and Director at spiderbrains, all of which have contributed to Balaji's significant influence in the tech industry. As the Founder & CEO of Shamlatech Solutions, Balaji leads a team of over 150 Web 3.0 professionals, achieving recognition as one of the TOP 30 BEST TECHNOLOGY Companies and successfully delivering more than 350 projects for over 120 global brands. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Project Lead at Cognizant from January 2005 to March 2010. Balaji holds a Master of Computer Applications in Computer Science from Kumaraguru College of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from GRD College of Science, Coimbatore.
