Ana Marković is a Quality Assurance Engineer at Trace Labs since November 2019, specializing in manual testing of web and mobile applications, automation of browser user interactions using JavaScript, and designing REST API tests. Ana has a history of roles including Software Tester Intern at OriginTrail and Junior QA Tester/Analyst at Tim Systems, where responsibilities included manual testing, writing documentation, and collaborating with developers on issue resolution. Ana's career began as a Help Desk Assistant at Halcom d.d., providing technical support to clients. Ana holds a Master's degree in Digitization of Documents from the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Philology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from the same institution.
