Arturo Mieussens is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in technical operations and customer support within the music industry. Currently working at Trace First since March 2024, Arturo leads the development of a Data Warehouse that enhances data processing and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Arturo served as a Technical Operations Assistant at Scott's Bass Lessons, where significant contributions to data infrastructure were made through collaboration with technology teams. With a background that includes managing repair operations at Lowden Guitars and owning a custom guitar workshop, Arturo has a strong foundation in both technical and operational aspects of music instrument production and repair. An education that includes a BSc (Honours) in Computing & IT and Statistics from The Open University complements a diverse skill set across multiple technical platforms and industries.
