Muzhgan Raheal is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in various roles related to case management, administration, human resources, and monitoring and evaluation. Currently serving as a Case Manager at TRAC Associates since February 2022, Muzhgan previously held positions at the Civil Society and Human Rights Network, where responsibilities included Admin, HR, and logistics. Additional experience encompasses roles in monitoring and evaluation at KCEC Kabul Carpet Export Center and coordination within the Civil Society and Human Rights Network. Early professional involvement included an engineering internship at USAID DAI SHAHAR and finance management support at AWSDC. Muzhgan began a leadership journey with the Afghan Women Network as a Young Leader. Educational qualifications include attendance at Kabul Polytechnic University from 2015 to 2019, alongside studies at Lincoln Kabul University and Maryam High School.
