Elizabeth Zawidzka Faha, Ph.D., currently serves as Scientist I in Bioanalytical Sciences at Tr1X since November 2023. Previously, Elizabeth was a PhD graduate student at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine from August 2018 to May 2023, where dissertation research focused on the potential of bone marrow as a source of T cells for novel immunotherapy in solid cancers. At Johns Hopkins, Elizabeth conducted extensive research that involved immunophenotyping, RNA-sequencing, and complex murine studies, while also engaging in research communication training and co-leading tutoring efforts. Elizabeth has presented at numerous scientific conferences, contributing to the field of tumor immunology. Prior experience includes work as an associate scientist at Lycera Corp., where efforts included small-molecule therapeutic development, and as a research assistant at Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary. Elizabeth obtained a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Neurobiology from Harvard University.
