Katie Dickerson works as a Senior Service Designer at TPXimpact, where Katie helps government, public sector, and social care organizations deliver more user-centered services. Prior to their current role, Katie worked at RNID and Scottish Enterprise in various service design and content design positions. Katie also has experience as a freelance writer and copywriter, and has a Bachelor of Arts in English literature with a writing concentration from Muhlenberg College.
