Dante DiSimplico is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate governance. Currently serving as Vice President at Siris Capital Group since October 2017, Dante also holds board positions at Equiniti and TPx, and previously acted as a board observer for Stratus Technologies and Transaction Network Services, both of which were successfully exited. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Partners, focusing on Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. Dante holds a degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and participated in an exchange program at the University of St.Gallen.
