Gavin Cowan is an experienced professional in pension management and trustee governance, currently serving as Trustee Governance Manager at TPT Retirement Solutions since March 2024. Prior to this role, Gavin worked at ZEDRA Group as a Client Manager for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included trustee secretarial duties and governance support. Earlier career positions included Team Leader for pensions at UK Wealth Management Ltd, where management of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes was emphasized, as well as various administrator roles at UKWM, Towers Watson, and Mercer. Gavin holds a BSc in Multimedia Technology from Leeds Beckett University, obtained in 2006.
