Ky Phuoc Lam has work experience as a Data Analyst at TP&P Technology starting in May 2022. Prior to that, from January 2019 to December 2020, they worked as a Logistic Data Analyst at The Ky Phuoc Moi. In this role, they conducted monthly reports and financial analysis, manipulated financial data using Excel, and developed customer relationships. From May 2018 to October 2018, Ky Phuoc Lam worked as a Process Engineer at Peaktop LTD, where they checked product quality and prepared reports on manufacturing.

Ky Phuoc Lam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from HCMC University of Technology and Education, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. They then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Vancouver Island University, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Ky Phuoc Lam has also obtained several certifications, including the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Coursera in January 2022, the Google Cloud Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals from Google in July 2021, and the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate certification from Microsoft in March 2023.
