The Operations Team at TPM is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the company's logistics and production processes. This includes managing purchasing, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and overseeing the production in the Colorlab. Their goal is to optimize the end-to-end process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of software, hardware, and service solutions to clients in architecture, engineering, contracting, and manufacturing sectors.
