Shahbaz Sadruddin has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Assistant Manager Administration at TPL Corp Ltd. since July 2014, and previously as Senior Executive Human Resources within the same company. Shahbaz's role involves managing new hire processes, coordinating onboarding, and overseeing hiring for junior and middle management positions. Prior to TPL Corp, Shahbaz worked as Executive Human Resources at TPL Trakker Ltd. and gained administrative experience as Admin Assistant for ITREB for Karachi & Balochistan, where responsibilities included providing operational support, scheduling meetings, and coordinating departmental activities. Shahbaz also completed an internship in the Purchase Department at Aga Khan Health Service Pakistan, focusing on procurement processes and vendor negotiations. Education was obtained from Karachi University.
