Muhammad Salman has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Muhammad started their career at Computer Research (Pvt) Ltd. as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of custom desktop and web applications using Microsoft .Net Technologies. Muhammad then joined RHDC INTERNATIONAL LLC - DUBAI as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they continued developing custom desktop and web applications using Microsoft .Net Technologies.

Muhammad's career progressed, and they joined TPL Trakker Ltd. as an Assistant Manager of Software Projects. Here, they supported the development and delivery of software products and projects, managed project budgets, and resolved issues and conflicts to ensure successful delivery.

Muhammad later became a Senior Software Engineer at TPL Trakker Ltd., where they developed, tested, and maintained software applications using .NET technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Muhammad then transitioned to a Lead ERP Techno Functional Consultant role at TPL Trakker Ltd., leading the development and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules. Muhammad also mentored a team of Oracle EBS Techno-Functional developers and provided subject matter expertise to business stakeholders.

Muhammad further progressed to become the Manager of ERP at TPL Trakker Ltd., where they managed the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, oversaw their implementation, customization, maintenance, and upgrading. Muhammad also collaborated with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and translated them into technical requirements for the EBS system.

After leaving TPL Trakker Ltd., Muhammad joined TPL Corp Ltd. as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications in Information Technology (IT). Here, they led the deployment, maintenance, and support of enterprise-wide Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Sales Cloud applications. Muhammad also transformed traditional business practices and processes into digital ones, leveraging technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data analytics, and the Internet of Things (IoT) to improve operations, enhance customer experiences, and increase overall efficiency.

Their current role is as the Head of Enterprise Applications in Information Technology (IT) at TPL Corp Ltd. Muhammad oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Sales Cloud, Mobile Applications, and other software applications across the organization. Muhammad manages and leads a team to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-wide solutions and develops and implements a comprehensive enterprise application strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and objectives.

Muhammad Salman's education history begins with obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Karachi University, which they completed from 1998 to 2001. Muhammad then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU) from 2007 to 2009.

In 2006, Muhammad Salman briefly attended the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences for a course in Software Project Management (SPM).

Their most recent educational endeavor is pursuing a field of study in Digital Transformation at the University of Virginia, which they started in 2023 and is currently ongoing.

Additionally, Muhammad Salman has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2010, they received the "R12.x Oracle Enterprise Asset Management Fundamentals Ed 1 LVC" certification from Oracle. Muhammad further enhanced their knowledge by obtaining the "Oracle Sales Cloud: Implementation Ed 2 LVC" certification from Oracle in 2018. Most recently, in March 2023, they acquired a certification in Digital Transformation from the University of Virginia.
