Joseph Cassarella, AAP, currently serves as DC General Manager at The Parts House since January 2017, overseeing two direct reports and a team of 60-65 members focused on enhancing operational efficiency across distribution centers in Avon and Stratford, CT. With previous roles as Regional Operations Manager and Project Manager at IEH Auto Parts LLC / Pep Boys since January 2014, Joseph managed multiple distribution centers in the Northeast while successfully launching a new facility in Avon, MA. Joseph's career began in January 2011 with IEH Auto Parts LLC / Unit-Select, USA / Middle Atlantic Warehouse, where oversight included key distribution centers in Avon, Stratford, Union, and Morristown, NJ. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Penn State University and furthered expertise with Automotive Aftermarket University’s AAP certification at The Ohio State University, along with additional studies at Villanova University.
