Harshita Jain is an experienced investment professional currently working at TPG since October 2024. Previously, Harshita served as a Board Observer at Electronica Finance Limited for a brief period in 2024 and held positions at LeapFrog Investments from October 2020 to October 2024 as Associate Director and Investment Officer. Earlier experience includes a Summer Associate role at General Atlantic in mid-2019, a Private Equity Associate position at IIFL Asset Management from September 2017 to August 2018, and an Asset Management role at IIFL Wealth from September 2016 to August 2017. Harshita began the career as an Investment Banking Analyst at IIFL (India Infoline Group) from September 2015 to September 2016 and worked as an Audit Assistant at Deloitte India from August 2013 to August 2015. Harshita holds an MBA in Finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Additionally, Harshita earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
