William Ball has a diverse work experience history with a focus on customer service. William started their career in 2012 as a Utility Worker at Meijer before transitioning to customer service roles at West Corporation, Convergys, and EMS CRM. In 2016, William joined TPG, Inc. and held multiple positions, including Behavioral Sciences Analyst, Engineering Support Associate, and currently as the Engineering Support Lead.

William Ball completed their high school education at Teays Valley High School from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a diploma in Computer Aided Design Drafting from Eastland-Fairfield Career and Technical Schools, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012.
