Mark Prentice is an experienced Technical Analyst currently working at AAPT since 2013, specializing in support for ISDN over TDM and VOIP access, as well as VOIP over AAPT Sip Trunks and the associated MPLS Network. Previously, Mark provided support and fault diagnosis for large corporate customers on Huawei SDH, ATM, and BPX Switching. Mark also contributed to the migration of ADSL/SHDSL and Ethernet Technologies during a brief tenure at Launch Recruitment in 2013. Earlier experience includes a decade at Telstra as a Technical Specialist, where Mark responded to and resolved business customer faults across various technologies, while also providing training and support to colleagues.
