Eric Ducrest has over 30 years of experience in the transportation sector, currently serving as the Responsable du Centre d'Exploitation des TPF at transports publics fribourgeois since July 2009, where responsibilities include managing operational effectiveness, safety, and quality processes while leading and motivating the team. Prior to this role, Eric worked at CFF Lausanne as the Suppléant au Centre de Gestion du Trafic ferroviaire from January 2003 to July 2009, handling personnel management and customer information during disruptions. Eric began career as a Régulateur du Trafic ferroviaire at CFF from May 1993 to December 2002, focusing on traffic management and customer communication. Eric holds a diploma in train circulation management, sales, and customer information from the training program completed between 1977 and 1984 in Fribourg and Lausanne.
