Beth Graefe is an accomplished healthcare leader currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Performance Officer at TPC since February 2024. Concurrently, Beth holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, teaching healthcare reimbursement and finance. Previously, Beth spent several years at Vizient, Inc. in various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Life Science Consulting and General Manager of Payor Based Strategies, where significant contributions were made to consulting services and value-based care initiatives. Prior experience includes senior roles at MedAssets and Healthways, along with service as a Captain in the United States Air Force Reserves. Beth's academic credentials include a Master of Health Administration and an MBA from Saint Louis University, a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management.
