Fiachre O'Neill currently serves as a Board Member at TP24 and holds the title of NACD.DC with the National Association of Corporate Directors since July 2023. O'Neill has an extensive tenure at PayPal, beginning in March 2010 as Senior Director - Global Head of Tax Planning and progressing through various senior roles, ultimately becoming SVP, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director - Head of Global Tax Operations at eBay Inc from January 2013 to March 2015. Fiachre O'Neill holds qualifications from Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Irish Tax Institute.
