Rav Kohli is currently serving as the Global Head of Surveillance Technology at TP ICAP since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rav worked as a Business Transformation Consultant for Market Abuse Regulation at Crédit Agricole CIB from January to August 2023. Rav's extensive experience at Deutsche Bank from 2017 to December 2022 included positions as Programme Manager for Global Sanctions & Embargoes Technology, Regulatory Analytics Technology, Fixed Income and Swaps Surveillance Technology, and Anti-Financial Crime & Compliance related to Brexit. Rav's career also features a role as Vice President and Regulatory Lead for MIFID II at Citi in 2017, Project Manager positions at Barclays Wealth Management and Barclays Investment Bank, and consulting roles at HSBC and Credit Suisse. Rav holds a degree in Leading Strategic Programmes from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics and Information Technology from Queen Mary University of London.
