Luca Gruosso is an Automation Analyst and Kanban Master at St. James’s Place since February 2023 and a Business Consultant at FDM Group since October 2022. Previously, Luca worked as a Sales Assistant at Greggs from September 2018 to October 2022, where interpersonal skills were developed through customer service. A role as a Student Consultant at Royall from September 2021 to January 2022 involved leading a university group in analyzing business challenges post-pandemic and managing various administrative tasks.
