Jay Coronel is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems operations and management. Currently serving as Global Head of IT Systems Operations at TP ICAP since May 2016, Jay oversees monitoring capabilities, incident response, and ensures business readiness for daily operations. Previously, Jay held roles including Global IT Systems Operations Team Lead at ICAP and IT Service & Operations Associate at Hewlett-Packard. Prior experience includes positions at Amdocs and Globe Telecom, focusing on system administration, backup management, and operational analysis. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Library and Information Science from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
