Robert E. Milstead, Jr. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military leadership and human resources consulting. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at REM Strategies, LLC, since 2014, Milstead specializes in manpower, human resources, and recruiting. Milstead also holds significant positions as Chairman of the Board for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Human Resources Research Organization since 2018.
