Mika Kalpamaa has extensive experience in leadership and management within the toy industry, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Managing Director at Toyrock Group since January 2015. Prior to this role, Mika held the position of Managing Director and Director of Product Management & Marketing at Scanditoy Oy from June 2005 to December 2014. Additionally, Mika served as Sales Manager at BRIO OY from January 1997 to June 2005, and as Product Manager at Rettig / RJR from April 1994 to December 1996. Educational qualifications include a degree from the Turku School of Economics and Business Administration and prior studies at Seinäjoen Lukio.
