Paul Delor possesses extensive experience in environmental management and engineering, currently serving as an Environmental Specialist at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indiana since October 2011, where responsibilities include waste management, RCRA compliance, DOT regulations, and leading ISO 14001 audits. Prior to this role, Paul Delor worked as a Site Engineer at Henkel of America from January 2008 to October 2011 and as a Thermal Processing Specialist at AmeriQual Foods from September 2004 to January 2008. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Northwood University (2018-2019) and a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from the University of Evansville (1998-2002).
