Ann Masse has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having worked at Toyota North America since 1999 in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Market Insights Director, Ann has previously directed operations in Marketing Finance and National Pricing Strategy, managing teams and overseeing multi-million dollar budgets to drive marketing and pricing initiatives for Toyota, Lexus, and Scion brands. Ann's background also includes roles in distribution, product management, and market analysis. Prior to joining Toyota North America, Ann worked at Toyota Logistics Services in planning and export operations roles. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master's degree in International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
