Nkosingiphile Magcaba is an experienced production manager at Toyota South Africa Motors since July 2017, overseeing operations at the assembly plant and managing a team of 180 employees. Previously, Nkosingiphile held various roles within the company, including production supervisor, team leader, and team member, as well as a global skill trainee at Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan. Nkosingiphile holds a National Diploma in Operations Management from the University of South Africa and a certificate in Fitting and Machining from Coastal KZN College.
