Arpita Santra began their career in 2005 as a Business System Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Data Analyst for the Los Angeles Unified School District. In 2013, Arpita joined Hyundai Capital America as a Data Analyst until 2014. Arpita then transitioned to Toyota Financial Services Corporation, where they held the position of Senior Data Analyst from 2014 to 2016. Arpita currently works at Toyota Financial Services Corporation as the Data Quality Lead, starting in 2016.

Arpita Santra received a Bachelor of Technology with Honors in Computer Science and Engineering from Utkal University from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2022.
