Harald Korsten is an experienced professional in leadership training and management coaching, currently serving as a lecturer for corporate management and change management at Fachhochschule der deutschen Wirtschaft since March 2021. In addition, Korsten holds multiple roles, including leadership trainer at Magna International, trainer and coach at both Volvo Group and Nissan Motor Corporation, as well as a leadership trainer and Kaizen trainer at Toyota Deutschland GmbH. Korsten is the owner and managing director of motiv GfI Institute, which consists of a team of qualified management trainers operating internationally. Korsten has a rich background in coaching, having worked with ZF Group and OTTO-CHEMIE, and recently served as a supervisory board member for Kompass Leben e.V. Educational credentials include a Mag. Artium in economic sociology, organizational psychology, and business economics from Universität zu Köln, Universität Bonn, and Massachusetts State University.
