John Taylor, PE, CME, has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as the Assistant Township Engineer for the Township of West Windsor since January 2019. Prior to this role, John was the Manager of CADD, IT, and Construction Administration at ACT Engineers, Inc. from October 2009 to January 2019, overseeing a team of engineers and inspectors for site-civil and heavy construction projects. John's earlier experience includes working as a Staff Engineer at ACT Engineers and as a Civil Engineer at Site Works Consulting, where responsibilities included the design of onsite sewage disposal systems and the development of site plans. John holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earned between 1995 and 2001, and completed secondary education at Bordentown Regional High School.
